Currently we are looking for CNC Machinists with a background in the following

• Mill mostly, 3,4 & 5 axis, some Lathe,
• Ability to do programming (Haas machines) fanuc controls, Cad Cam, Masterccam, set-up and edit, ability to do offsets, use machining tools. (computer programming a plus)
• Plastics and all types of metals
• Prototype and production work, 14 machines in the shop

All machinist must have own tools and have previous experience in the field. Bilingual is helpful but not necessary.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years experience in the Machinist Field.
• Experience in holding tolerances 
• Must read prints in order to Q/C work. 
• Can perform own setups
• Can do basic program editing.

Description

Maintenance Electrician\ Mechanic

• Troubleshoot pnuematic and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot conveyour systems.
• Repair/replace/breakdown motors and machinery. 
• To inspect, test, dismantle or install, and make limited mechanical and/or electrical repairs to all electrical and electronic apparatus, devices and circuits of any voltage in the grating plants.
• Receives specifications and instructions regarding the work assignment from the supervisor.
• Analyzes jobs as required, plans working procedure determining most efficient manner of making repairs in the safest manner minimizing interruption of production.  Determine material or replacement needs, as necessary and select a logical approach to “trouble shooting".
• Takes safety precautions and isolates circuits for minimum interference to operations.
• Determines necessary tools and materials.
• Plans and performs work requiring a working knowledge of electrical principles, principles of operation and application of equipment.
• Dismantles, inspects, repairs, adjusts and/or replaces faulty parts or wiring on a limited basis; reassembles, tests and adjusts equipment for safe and proper operation.
• Installation of conduit, fittings, switches, controls and fixtures.
• Performs work to conform to existing codes where required, as instructed.
• May set up and/or operate plant production type of equipment at any time for the amount of time required to perform work of a non-production nature necessary to the performance of maintenance duties, such as saws, lift trucks, edger, serrator, etc.

Temp to hire
- 40 hrs a week
- 10yrs experience
- Checking all parts against blue prints, use of Farrow arm but not all CMM
- Maintaining calibration records
- Experience using height gage, surface test, shadow graph, portable CMM (Faro Arm)
- Experience writing QA reports with dimensions, tolerances, and measurements

Requirements

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working as an Injection Molding Process Technician. 
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivitiy and product quality.
• Ability to trouble shoot and improve Injection Molding Equipment.
• Familiarity with resins.
• Analyze, reccomend and implement layout and workflow improvements.

Must pass Asbestos physical and be able to wear a respirator as needed
Tape & float, sand, texture
Use of joint compounds, quick set
Painting with brushes (cut-in) and rollers
Layout & placing of floor tile, cove base
Knowledge of latex, oil base & epoxy paints
Stain & lacquers doors and cabinets
Mix & match colors and textures
Work off scaffolds and ladders at various elevations
Use airless spray rig
Paint booth experience helpful

Valid DL and Clean driving record required.
